After nearly three decades of teaching together Sue and Janice are sad to announce that JanSu School of Dance has now closed. They would like to take this opportunity to thank all our dancers and their families past and present for their love and support and wish you all the very best for the future.

Sue and Deanna will be launching a new school under a new name, so look out for details, and JanSu School of Dance wishes them every success with this new venture. This website will no longer be available to view after 31st August 2018

About us

JanSu was formed in 1990 by lifelong friends Janice Northwood and Sue Cox. Initiated with just 60 pupils aged between 3 and 14, today it boasts a flourishing membership of over 200 students from 3 years to more senior years!

As members of the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) all the dancers are offered the opportunity to take a dance exam 3 times a year, usually at the end of each term - April, July and December. In addition Jansu is happy to support members at competitions.
